2008 GOLDEN ARM - JULY 3RD

This event will be held thursday July 3, 2008. It will be held at the chambers I-470 field,
And will begin at 8:00 p.m.
This event is a throwing accuracy competition
For outfielders from a distance of 200’ to a
Target at home plate.
Each team wll be asked to submit one (1) entrant for the competition. We must have the participants name by june 30 so that we can make up the schedule.
Please check at headquarters to find out when your entrant is scheduled to compete. Should his time be early and you play a 6:00 p.m. game, please arrive a.s.ap. And we will work him in.

2008 HOMERUN DERBY - JULY 17TH

This event will be held thursday evening July 17, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.
The home run derby will be held at benwood field which has lights.
Each participant is encouraged to bring his own pitcher or coach to pitch. We will have pitchers available where necessary
Field dimensions are approximatley 175’ down the line.
Each team will be asked to submit one (1) entrant for the competion. We must have your entry’s name by saturday July 5 so that we can schedule times for all participants.
Should you be playing on a field that will not allow you to get to the benwood field by 8:00 p.m., just come as soon as your game is over and we will work the player in.
Please check in at headquarters upon your arrival to find what time your representative is scheduled to compete.
Each batter will get hits 15 hits, any ball that hits fair counts.
